Before you contact Éclair Academy
- Is an installation stuck? The Troubleshooting page answers the most common problems, from the 404 error to a forgotten password.
- A question about your host? Check the guide for your hosting provider first.
- A bug in Éclair CMS itself? Report it on the Éclair GitHub repository: it will be visible and tracked publicly.
The form uses no captcha and sets no cookies. Your data is only used to reply to you, as explained in the privacy policy.
What can you write to us about?
- An error in a lesson: a screenshot that no longer matches, a renamed menu, a step that has changed at a hosting provider. Include the page URL and what you see.
- A question about an explanation: if an explanation isn't clear to you, it deserves to be rewritten for everyone.
- A lesson idea: a hosting provider to add, a Claude or ChatGPT use case, an agency method to share.

How soon will I get a reply?
Usually within a few business days. Corrections to the lessons are published as soon as they have been verified.
Which language can I write in?
French, English or Spanish: the academy's three languages.
Do you offer help installing my site?
The academy doesn't provide one-to-one support, but the Beginner path and the Troubleshooting page cover the most common cases.
