This privacy policy explains what personal data Éclair Academy processes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Éclair Academy sets no cookies in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts and images are served by the site itself, with no third-party service.
The contact form
The form is protected from spam without a captcha or cookie: an invisible field and a token keep bots away. Messages are stored in the site's admin and forwarded by email to the publisher. They are never sold, never shared and never used for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing through the contact form. You will get a reply within one month, as required by Article 12 of the GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

This policy may change if the site adds a new feature that processes personal data. The version in force is always the one on this page.
